Teff is an Ethiopian restaurant in Stamford, CT. It is a dedicated gluten-free facility. Which means, when I went with my husband and friend and we got food for the table, I didn’t have to be the problem child with limitations on what I could get. I could eat the whole menu! It is worth noting that the restaurant is also nut and seed free.

And order for the table we did! I believe we got the meat tasting for three and there was so much left over that my friend took it home to share with her parents! Everything tasted amazing, and look how beautiful!

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone; for the gluten free it’s a must see!
